Welcome to Living Our Dash™ Hat Co. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.livingourdashhatco.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through the Site.

By accessing this Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Orders Are Final

All orders placed at www.livingourdashhatco.com are final.
By completing your purchase, you agree that you are authorized to make the transaction and that all payment information provided is accurate.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

2. Order Processing & Availability

  • Orders will be processed within 3–5 business days of order placement.
  • Back-stock orders will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase:

  • Every effort will be made to provide a like kind and quality replacement.
  • We reserve the right to exchange your product for one of equal or greater value.

3. Website Accuracy & Downtime

We strive to ensure that all information on our Site is accurate; however:

  • We do not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, availability, or other content is error-free.
  • We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Return and Refund Policy

 

Returns & Refund Policy
Effective Date: 2/2026

Thank you for supporting Living Our Dash™ Hat Co. We take pride in our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return & Refund Timeframe

No returns or refunds will be processed after 30 days from the original order date.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of confirmed delivery (as shown by tracking information).

To report an issue, please email:

Your email must include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage or defect
  • Photos of packaging (if applicable)

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Claims submitted after 7 days from confirmed delivery will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

3. Ordering Errors (Wrong Size, Style, or Item Selected)

If an item was ordered incorrectly by the customer (including wrong size or style selection):

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of confirmed delivery (per tracking information).
  • A 30% restocking fee will be assessed.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the return is received and inspected, an exchange may be processed.

If the exchange results in a price difference:

  • Any additional balance must be paid before the replacement item is shipped.

Shipping for exchanged items will be at the customer’s expense.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items returned after the allowed timeframes
  • Worn, used, or altered products
  • Items returned without prior email contact
  • Custom or special-order items (if applicable)

5. Return Authorization Required

All returns must be approved in advance.
Please email lynsey@livingourdashhatco.com to request return authorization before sending any product back.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

6. Processing Time

Once an approved return is received, please allow 5–10 business days for inspection and processing of your exchange or refund (if applicable).

7. Policy Acceptance

By placing an order with Living Our Dash™ Hat Co., you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Returns & Refund Policy.
